As our Head of Accounting you will be in a strategic financial lead position and partner to the Finance team on all matters relating to accounting activities of the organization. You are responsible for seamless workflows as well as for further developments and optimization of accounting tasks and processes. The Head of Accounting will work closely with the CFO and all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Your tasks
- Gradually lead the Accounting team of up to five team members and provide active support in day-to-day business
- Stakeholder managementand central contact for financial inquiries incl. tax law
- Cooperation with internal and external auditors regarding the area of financial reporting and group accounting
- Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB, IFRS, and US-GAAP
- Reconciliation of subsidiaries with each other (intercompany and transfer pricing regulations)
- Support in revenue recognition and necessary data for the accounting team
- Support in issuing reports to investors and tax authorities
- Realization of variance analyses, evaluations and account reconciliations
- Set up liquidity reports and planning, as well as cash pooling
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS

Your tasks
- Manage at least one of our mobile-app games and optimize the CRM lifecycle flow across our channels - using push, in-app messages, and inbox messages
- Plan, build, measure, and optimize Lifecycle & Engagement campaigns within our games, and keep an analytical view of monetization
- Embrace growth model processes and continuously A/B test with a focus on conversion and retention
- Support the technical and organizational migration process of a new CRM tool and ensure to reach an optimal performance
- Use your technical understanding to find opportunities for automation and personalization
- Analyze and monitor your campaigns and prepare to report to all important stakeholders
What we expect
- 2+ years of work experience in CRM with focus on mobile using multi-channel customer communication, ideally in the gaming industry
- You can convince us with your great passion for games, as it is essential for this role to understand player experience, behavior, and triggers
- You are experienced working with CRM metrics and KPIs to ensure user-focused campaign optimization
- You have good knowledge of CRM tools and ecosystems, and are aware of the related tech stack
- You are highly organized and autonomous and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadline, and work streams
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to excel in cross-team collaboration in order to solve problems and drive projects to completion
- You are confident with an English-speaking work environment, German language is a plus

Your tasks
- Support our CRM Team to enrich GameDuell’s relationship with our players across multiple mobile apps
- Support our CRM team in managing and optimizing CRM lifecycle communication utilizing several different channels (e.g., push notifications, in-app messages, and inbox messages)
- Take part with the CRM Managers in the planning, building, and measuring of the effectiveness of our Live-Ops campaigns
- Use data analysis to run tests and optimize campaigns together with our CRM Managers

What we expect
- You are currently enrolled as a student in Berlin or Brandenburg in business, marketing, communications, or other related studies

Deine Aufgaben

Your tasks
- Be the contact person for our French customers, mostly by email, through our apps, and via social media channels
- Support customers with their product-related questions, payment procedures, and occasionally technical questions

As UI / Game Developer, you will actively help to shape an exciting area of our company and you will be one of the driving forces in the development of our mobile and social games platform. Together with members of our Product, Art, Backend, QA, Game Design as well as Marketing teams, you will create an awesome gaming experience for our players.

Your tasks
- Work in a cross-platform team (iOS, Android, HTML5/WebGL) using Unity / C#
- Participate in all aspects of an interactive software development process, including design, estimation, build, testing, debugging, maintenance, and support to produce reusable and reliable code
- Support the test development cycle (e.g., unit and integration tests)
- Collaborate closely with other team members from Product, Art, Backend, QA, Game Design, and Marketing to establish an effective production pipeline and integrate media assets
- Contribute to architectural decisions
What we expect
- A completed university degree in computer engineering, computer science, or similar
- You have been professionally working with Unity on mobile titles for at least 3-5 years now and have shipped at least one title (Android, iOS, and WebGl)
- You are an expert in C#, including having an excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, continuous integration, and unit testing
- Profound knowledge and experience with performance optimization for mobile development, and Dependency Injection frameworks like StrangeIoC or Zenject
- Interest in most aspects of game technology development, such as UI/UX, audio/video, networking, AI, animation, gameplay, physics, and tools
- Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
- You show a high sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices
- Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German is very welcome
