On the cutting edge of technology
GameDuell operates
one of the most popular and successful game websites in Europe with approximately 500 million page impressions per month and almost 5 million Flash games played per day. The platform is based on a modular and scalable, strictly object-oriented Java EE architecture, which allows for several rolling deploys daily. The Berlin game company’s 70 games run on a special in-house developed game server with a powerful WebSocket infrastructure that is capable of synchronizing cross-platform communication between GameDuell’s web, social and mobile games. The GameDuell product team works with OpenGL frameworks, artificial intelligence and complex event processing. They develop in Flash, natively in iOS and Android as well as in HTML5.
Over half of the 200 GameDuell team members are dedicated to the areas of IT and product development. In order to accelerate the expansion of its range of mobile, social and cross-platform games, the game company is looking for experienced professionals in the areas of IT, development, game design, product management and graphics. Among the top jobs are Java Lead Developer, Senior Mobile Developer (iOS and Android), Senior Mobile Web Designer and Senior Game Developer HTML5. Further information can be found on the company's website.
