GameDuell supports Senioren Computer Club Berlin

GameDuell actively encourages the access of elderly people to digital media and games. We recently started an open exchange with the Senioren Computer Club of Berlin (SCC).

GameDuell offers a variety of games for a broad audience from young to older players. Our online versions of traditional card and board games such as Crazy Eights, the German Skat and French Belote are particularly popular among players aged 50 and older.

We are convinced that having a good time with games is not dependent on a certain age range. GameDuell actively encourages the access of elderly people to digital media and games. We recently started an open exchange with the Senioren Computer Club of Berlin (SCC). As a first step we sponsored seven computer monitors for their office in Berlin-Mitte, the same neighborhood as our headquarters.

The SCC has 60 members and regularly hosts computer trainings and workshops for older people. It is well connected to various cross-generational initiatives and projects to make older people familiar with the use of computers, digital tools and mobile devices. As a next step within the cooperation, we agreed to present GameDuell, our games and the community platform at the SCC in May and to invite the group to our office to introduce them to our work environment.
